THE LAWS.
All members of the CarnaRing must abide by these simple rules. A warning - punishments are paid for in blood. Think of it as incentive not to slip up.
All members of the CarnaRing must abide by these simple rules. A warning - punishments are paid for in blood. Think of it as incentive not to slip up.
01. All initiate members must receive the Mark - either by knife or claw, every upper left arm will be scarred with three slash marks. The Mark will be given by the Alpha or Beta. The wound may be bandaged, but not completely healed. If the scar does not take, the Mark will be made again. (note; this may be done either IC or OOC - for the most part it is done OOC).
02. Respect your superiors - chances are they've been here longer than you and know what the hell they're doing.
03. Fighting amongst Ringmates is permitted, as long as there are no serious injuries. If you kill a fellow Carna, you will be executed.
04. There is no deserting the Carna - if anyone is found guilty of this treason they will be executed. If you desert, be assured that we will find you.
05. Alliances and their conditions are to be upheld, no matter what. Please do not endanger the rest of the Ring over personal, petty arguments.
06. In regards to trespassers, raiders and spies - we do not take such a thing lightly. Those caught will be interrogated before being strung up to hang and rot along the corresponding border (A Fulsi along the Fulsi border, a Fallen along the Fallen.) A message shall be carved into their flesh, or written on the wall in their blood to warn future raiders. Along the borders, there will also be a line of wooden or metal stakes in the ground upon which we will mount the skulls of those we kill.
07. Do not eat more than you're rationed - if you find something extra on patrol, you must split it in half (if able) and donate to the supplies of the Ring. This is due to the fact that our food supply is constantly wavering.
08. The Alpha, Beta and Delta are to get rations first, followed by the Lead Hunter, Head of Border Patrol and Chief Medic. Hunters, Scouts and Omegas and Whelps are given their days rations, and lastly the Tenderfoots may get their food.
09. The Carna will not support offspring. If you have a child, you must find extra food for it after you have donated specified amount to the store. The likelihood of a child surviving is slim to none - it is better to quell the hunger of a Hunter, who will protect you, than of the doomed.
DAILY GOINGS-ON
10. Patrols; there will be several patrols a day, including dawn patrol, mid-day and night patrol; frequency will definitely vary depending on the activities of the Fulsi and Fallen. Hunters may be rotated to serve on Border Patrol. Omegas must go on at least one patrol a day.
11. All lights (battery powered and oil/gas lanterns) are out in the main corridor of the sewers after 11 pm, save for the guard who may keep one lantern lit. This is to preserve our precious supplies.
12. Only the Alpha, Beta and Delta get private rooms. The rest of the Ring must share quarters in the Main Tunnel, sleeping on whatever bedding you can find. Those who do not feel comfortable sleeping in the tunnels may sleep above in the warehouses but it is not suggested and their safety is no longer our responsibility.
13. Regarding hygiene - please do not use the bay to "relieve" yourself, as this is our main water source. We have a specified latrine upwind of Sewertown, and quite a ways off so as not to contaminate our supplies. Omegas and Tenderfoots are responsible for digging and maintaining the latrines. You may use the bay, however, to bathe in - though we prefer away from where we gather the water.
Rules may change at any time.
