THE RUINS

Out of the vast expanse of forest appear crumbling stone structures, which at one point might have been an entire community of buildings. A vast, overgrown clearing is all that is left, with spots of stone floors and patches of walls peeking through the ever-growing forest. Vines and moss have reclaimed the ruins and nearly all traces of mankind’s presence have been erased. A few taller stone structures are stained darker than all the rest, evidence left by mysterious activity of the native retromorphs around the ruins.
