Nakoma / Anthromorph / Blackbird / Stalker Thread Aurora has been slowly learning about the outside world, or rather, the inside world. Raised in lavish captivity as the professional vocal entertainment of an obscenely wealthy Austrian gentleman, Aurora had experienced little of regular social experiences and current culture prior to The Menagerie. Her academics were unquestionably thorough however, tailor trimmed to fit the psychological cage that she was kept in. After almost two years in the dome, Aurora is blossoming. Though her naive ways often leave her vulnerable and misunderstandings leave her frustrated she is learning. In the past, Lyric was her best friend and most loyal comrade, and slowly, inevitably they became lovers. Through trials and combat they have come to depend on each other and, due to Lyric's recent experiences he has left the Carna for good. They hole up now away from the world of Rings and savagery. Rouge | Shifter | Polar Bear | Stalker Thread Nikk has been in the Menagerie for several years, and as a Rouge for the entirety she has become quite elusive. Very quiet and very solemn, Nikk never shifts (even in the dome) and as a result, she smells utterly human. It makes it hard if not impossible for anyone to identify her as a shifter, let alone what animal she shifts into. Not the type to cause trouble or get involved with others, she mainly makes rounds through the Menagerie on the territory borders, and keeps to herself. Her knife throwing is certainly something to respect, and though she does not like to kill will do so if she has to. Often she'll choose to simply leave or go elsewhere if there are too many people. |
Fulsi | Shifter | Black Cat | Stalker Thread Sorcha has been in the Menagerie for many years, and has settled in with the Fulsi. Unlike many in the Menagerie, she is not all that upset to be here. Her life before was filled with a rigid schedule and a heavy class load – prepping for Med school. Now, she’s free. With little to no fighting skills this feline is a master at hiding, and has become a Medic for the Fulsi - using her vast medical knowledge to assist her people. Often, she only comes out at night and has a secret sanctuary where she stores her precious books. Her intelligence is something to behold, and she speaks with proper English at all times. She does not curse or lie, and enjoys intellectual conversations immensely, but tends to carry a superiority and loftiness that is often hard to get through. I am very open to threads with her of any kind and get her some adventure going! |
Fallen | Shifter | Tundra Wolf | Stalker Thread Husher is a military man, and for many years was part of the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG). Beyond that, he is not at authorized to say. When it comes to his family he is ruthlessly protective, but is not the type to walk away from anyone who needs help. Strong and resourceful, Husher has no tolerance for manipulation or people who victimize themselves. Recently Husher has been missing his wife Sakura who passed away the night he and Akane were taken by UNIT. FRIENDS: ANNA | FAMILY: AKANE, Cole, Slansky Kirov LOVER: None | ENEMIES: None Husher has settled in to his ring and has been spending a lot of time around camp. He's still in love with his wife (though she has passed on) so he's not really open for anything romantic right now. Up for anything else though! |
Fallen | Shifter | Japanese Red Fox | Stalker Thread Full of mischief and still in the first stages of love, Akane has not made many friends amongst her new Fallen family. A first rate teaser and frighteningly competent with her abilities Akane is never without a quick-witted comeback, or smile for a well-placed joke. Tenacious and resourceful, it is often she travels to the oasis for a swim, or to kick back away from the chaos. As she has taken Slansky as her lover, she has become with child and thus a walking judgement. Many people have mixed feelings about the sixteen year old waddling around the Fallen great with child by a man thirteen years her senior. Regardless the couple is inseparable and excited about their future child. I am open to any kinds of plots with her, especially with her pregnancy. She's a bit of a pariah in her Ring and I would love for her and her cute lil' bump to make some friends! |
As currently Kirin was just born, she is available with thread plots for the forseeable future along with Akane, or Husher. From birth until several months afterwards she will grow into the body of a two-year old. During that time she has an advanced mental state ... though her growth is not as rapid, within two years Kirin achieves the physical body of a five year old and the mental comprehensive abilities of a seven year old - and inexplicably stops. For several years she remains the state of a five year old, slowly maturing into six and seven with (for her pain staking lengths of time), All threads in that time are made with Akane or Husher XD |
Rouge | Shifter | Red Wolf | Stalker Thread This red head has been in the Menagerie for a long time, and though once part of the Fulsi she struck out on her own and become Rouge. Born in Texas, she is friendly enough – tending to pepper her conversations with ‘yall’s and ‘darlin’s and a sweet southern smile. She can be a little manipulating if she finds herself in a tight spot, and is often found in retro territory to hunt. Roma is opinionated, sweet, sassy, sexy, and knows it. Though another tune is played when she feels threatened, and her demeanor changes drastically. Found in her wolf, Red, form she is mysterious and distant … rarely speaks, and fixes her surroundings with the all consumed thoughts of the red wolf. Recently, Red was critically damaged by Grey and is healing in the Fallen. Under the protection of Tomas, the Fallen Alpha, Red is struggling to call back her other half that seems to petrified to resurface. Until then, Red is without Roma ... and will have to learn to survive in a human body. FRIENDS: TOMAS MCKELLAR | FAMILY: None LOVER: None | ENEMIES: grey I would love to get a few threads with Fallen members in! Roma is a bit of a pariah with women usually, but Red wouldn't understand the reasons. Some friends or what she might learn to be friends or even enemies would be lovely! |
Carna Alpha | Shifter | Stalker Thread Clouded Leopard x Eurasian Eagle Owl Jocelyn has recently been chosen as the new Carna Alpha, and is determined to get her people back on track. Resourceful, intelligent, and analytical she enjoys her practice drills and keeping watch over her land and people. Known often as The Ice Queen for her stoicism and unflappable demeanor, many keep a distance from her and for good reason. Utterly deadly in several forms of martial arts, not to mention the weapons she carries she is not one to cross. Ingrained in her is the need to protect those she sees as innocent. Though she holds no qualms with killing or bloodshed she cannot tolerate the harm of the innocent and will defend them when need be. Her scarce spare time is spent with the few children and families of the Carna, up-keeping her many outfits, and keeping up her hygiene and appearance with detailed care. Though she is certainly not much for romance, any other plots would be amazing! |
Carna | Shifter | Stalker Thread Shire Horse x Pangolin Surma pretty much cares for one person: Seija. His regard for life and its importance is almost non-existent. After a lengthy and painful second capture by the Keepers, Surma was released back into the Menagerie a confused, distressed, and very angry animal. Wreaking havoc on the borderlands between the Fallen and Carna, Surma was responsible for many deaths and injuries to shifters of both Rings. With Seija's physical strength and care for the suffering monster's situation, she was able to bond with Surma without fear. It has been over a year since then, and some of Surma's language skills have returned. Often sent to patrol the borders on his own, Seija (the Lead Huntress) trusts his judgement to deal with trespassers and keep their Ring safe. With no love for anyone inside the Carna itself save his Mistress, Surma understands that he is to leave his fellow ringmates alone. That is, unless they start something first. Recently because of a precarious incident and the threat of Seija's life Surma shifted into his human form to save her, thus opening an entire clusterf*** of emotions, memories, and confusion. He is angry, unpredictable, and completely intolerant of anyone even breathing wrong in Seija's presence. Thread at your own risk! Private | Retromorph| Pitbull Terrier | Stalker Thread Elvy is a very happy dog, yes indeed and would love to make friends, mend hurt feelings, or defend anyone from anything that might cause them danger. If there was a Menagerie Greeter Elvy would love to sign up for the job, but don't get too attached! Always on her mind is the mission to find Her Girl, Lilly. Though, heartbreakingly, Lilly is to all knowledge human and as a result Velvet will never see her again. Despite this terrible fact, there is an unshakeable faith in the Pitbull Terrier ... a faith that one day, she will see her again.
