[atrb=width,450,true][atrb=border,0,true][bg=2b2726] She just laid there in the grass. Like she didn’t have a dying wish to fulfill or anything important at all, which she did, but her feet hurt like heck from wandering. So Esperanza saw nothing wrong with taking a little rest in the park, what good was she if she strained her bound feet and ended up being unable to walk at all anyways. That might just happen if she kept on. Pain was the body’s way of telling a person to stop, she thought rolling over onto her side to better examine the green lawn before her. Idly rubbing a blade between her fingers she thought of how complex the little green plant was. It was one of the few types of organisms that made it’s own food, straight from light! It was a tiny miracle all on it’s own and especially when you brought in the subject of how chloroplasts might be organisms of their own. A small smile flickered on to her continence, she loved science even if it wasn’t the subject she planned to major in. Had planned to, she corrected with a slight frown, one couldn’t go to college to become an English professor if she was stuck in a freak show. A freak show that she might have seen on a future field trip if it wasn’t for the fact she’d punched a keeper in the face like a complete idiot. She’d just been your average shifter before but now, she thought with a sigh as her long sleeves fell back to reveal her hands and she raised them up to the sun, now she was a monster they called an anthro. Now not even her mother would love her, let alone look at her for more than a second without running away in fear or at least gagging. That was okay though, as long as she could fulfill her mother’s dying wish everything would be okay. Besides she was used to being alone, all her studying had left little time for friends or any sort of social life. She’d hadn’t even owned a cell phone till she’d gone off to New York for the exchange program and even then she’d used it only for calling her family, yes she was used to being alone.
A rumbling noise jolted her out of sleepy musing and Esperanza almost it was the purring of her kitten Napoleon before she realized that it was just her stomach and that her cat was safely at home with her brothers not anywhere near here. She hoped they were okay, her brothers, they were still so young and already without a mother. She only wished that her father was taking a break from work so that he could help the boys. Wrapping her arms across her chest, she curled up into a ball. She wanted so badly to be at home right now, to be reading the boys a story or even to be slaving over a hot stove making dinner. That was not going to happen so she better pull herself together, she thought with a slight nod of the head. Despite her new found ugliness Esperanza had to be strong, she might even learn some new things if she’d only stop laying around. Rolling over again but this time onto her knees, she sighed at the afternoon sun. It had to be so hot now that she was wearing such heavy clothes, just her luck! She laughed lightly at her foolish complaints, getting to her feet and brushing the stray blades of grass off her jeans. Her hunter’s hat was askew on her hair but since no one was around to spot the fluffy white ear that poked out from under it, she didn’t care to fix it. Her coal black eyes were enough of a giveaway that she was not the average prisoner.
Strolling over to the swings Esperanza sat herself down with a plop. The bump caused by her bound tail made sitting uncomfortable but she was still unnerved by the ever moving limb. It didn’t really listen to her, it was creepy, like it had a mind of it’s own. It only added to her other problem, she always wanted to move ever since the keeper had messed with her, she was so hyper. Even when her feet were killing her, they still twitched and fidgeted against her will. Logically it was most likely the monkey DNA added to her own that made her so energized. In fact, as she kicked off, she giggled. With all the ATP and such her body must be making, she could put a battery to shame! Closing her eyes she let herself get lost in the sensation of flying that swinging always caused for her. It was a good day so far, she only hoped it would stay that way.

The few wonders of the world only existAn enormous smile graced Keiko's small face as she continued to dash to her destination. The little shifter couldn't help herself, she always got excited when her and her family took trips to Delica Park; it was one of her favorite places to play! Mama always took her and Adelina there to play games and spend some quality time together...whatever that meant. Keiko just liked going there to play games and swing on swings and do other fun stuff like that. Oh the wonderful times Keiko had there! Plus, Keiko had this feeling that today something totally awesome and amazing was going to happen, and she was so excited to see what adventure was awaiting her at her favorite playground.
Without so much as a hesitation or second thought, Keiko speed up her pace, not at all paying attention to the growing distance between her and her parents, who were following behind her in order to keep a good eye on their adventurous daughter. Only when their cries for her to slow down and not to run too far reached the six-year-old's tiny ears did Keiko bother to look back at her parents. "Mama! Papa! Vamos! Lets hurry and get to the park!" Keiko replied motioning with her hand for them to speed up. She gracefully jumped over a protruding root of a tree in front of her and sped toward the park again, not even noticing her parents protests. Keiko saw no danger in wandering away from her parents for a little while, since every time she did her parents always found her. Sometimes she would also make new friends when she went off on an adventure, like when she met Mr. Doggie. The little shifter hoped she would be able to see him again soon, then they could have more fun together!
Within moments, Keiko had finally got to Delica park, her chest heaving a bit because of her running. Gosh, she hadn't realized she had been walking so fast. "Mama, Papa, did you see me? I was runnin' like a cheetah!" Keiko giggled gleefully as she turned around to look at her parents. However, she was surprised to see that her parents weren't behind her, or anywhere to be seen for a matter of fact. A look of confusion crossed her tan face as she chewed on the tip of the nail on her index finger in thought. "I must have been runnin' too cheetah-ish..." Keiko mumbled to herself, deep green orbs scanning the landscape for any sign of her parents.
Her thoughts were interrupted by the all-to-familiar screech of the park's swing sets. Keiko turned away from where she last saw her parents and peered in the direction she heard the sound coming from. Much to her surprise, she found that some lady was already on the swing sets, and the lady looked like she was having lots of fun. But Keiko couldn't really see the lady clearly form her side of the park. Well, that only means that Keiko would have to take a closer look. "Ninja time!" Keiko whispered to herself with a cheery giggle. As quietly as she could, Keiko tiptoed over to the slide and zipped behind it so the lady couldn't see her. The lady was very pretty, though she did wear a lot of close for such a warm day. Not only that, but the lady also had something protruding from her big hat. Was that...a fuzzy ear? No way, the lady had a fuzzy ear! Coolness! Another huge smile graced it's way onto Keiko's face as she quietly tiptoed over to the swings when the lady wasn't looking. When Keiko was sure that she was in the clear, the young shifter plopped onto the swing next to the lady and smiled widely at her. "Hola, pretty lady!" Keiko greeted loudly, though not intending to scare the lady in anyway. "Can I ask you a question, pretty lady?" Keiko asked soon after; Mama always said to ask a person first before you do anything so they was less chance you would get in trouble. Not that Keiko gave the lady a chance to respond before the young shifter pointed at the lady's ear and asked, "Why do you has a fuzzy ear?" The look on Keiko's face was of complete innocence and curiosity; she just wanted to know why the lady had a fuzzy ear and maybe where she got it. Fuzzy ears were just so cool!
ooc: Lol, Keiko is so silly~ xD Sorry for taking so long you guys. :c while there are those with the sight to see them.

It was a beautiful day to go to the park. Xavior really wanted to spend some real quality family time with his beautiful wife and his little bundle of joy. Getting away for a little bit from the Fallen ring was not such a bad idea, as long as Keiko was being watched over by either himself or Isamu. Running ahead of them, Xavior sighed a little bit. "Ai! Mija! Stop running so far up ahead! We don't need you gettin---" And just as quick as that, she was gone. Hopefully she wouldn't get herself hurt or get taken by some crazy Carna... or Rogue for that matter.
Trailing along with Isamu, he held her hand tightly. Turning his head towards her, he smiled. "I love you, my little Isamuita." As they made it to the park, Keiko was talking to some random Anthro in the park. Anthros were accepted by the Fallen, but it wasn't usual to see one of them anymore. Well, not since after the war. Keiko was all in the girl's space and he needed to let her breathe. Walking up to them, "I'm so sorry if my daughter is bothering you. Please, forgive her."
Picking up Keiko and holding her, he wagged his finger playfully. "How many times have I told you? Never talk to strangers! Please, remember this rule more often." With that, he smirked at her and started to give her a whole bunch of playful kisses. Xavior loved Keiko so very much. She was his pride and joy and one of the greatest gifts God could of given Isamu and himself. Well, they would never have sex again because they definitely did not want Keiko to have a little brother or sister.
Turning towards the girl, she looked really similar to Isamu. It was really odd that they looked so much alike, but Isamu never even met her family so there was no way of telling if they are related or not. It also seemed very unlikely that sisters from all the way across the world would meet up in a place like this. Well, miracles do happen. "If you'd like, you may join us on our park to the trip if you so desire. May I ask you your name, if you don't mind?" Having an extra person on this little adventure won't be too bad... he hoped.

Can you see the real me?"Keiko, be careful!" Isamu called out to their daughter, concern lacing her voice, "Don't run so far ahead, you might get hurt!" But, of course, the little bundle of energy was already zooming off, obviously too excited to hear Xavior and Isamu telling her to slow down. The monkey shifter looked up at her husband with a smile. "I guess she's more like us than we thought," Isamu giggled as she watched Keiko dash beyond their sight. There was no need to worry about their child though, since the park wasn't too far away. Keiko would get to the park in seconds and start playing on the swings and the slides until Xavior and Isamu arrived to watch over her. Plus, life was too short to spend the whole day worrying when you could spend the day enjoying what God has given you, and today Isamu planned to enjoy every minute of it! Though, despite this, Isamu was still a bit disappointed that Boni-sama, Adelina-chan, and Delilah-sama couldn't come to the park with them. Today would be lots of fun, but it would have been even more fun to have the rest of her family there with them.
Isamu's thoughts were interrupted as Xavior spoke up again. A blush and a huge smile graced her tan face at those three little words, and Isamu couldn't help but let joy fill her systems once again. "I love you, too, Anata," she replied cheerfully, affectionately squeezing Xavior's hand. With another smile, Isamu quickly moved in front of Xavior and gently kissed him before pulling back with a bigger smile. The squirrel monkey shifter loved Xavior with all of her being, and she couldn't help but love every minute that she with him. How lucky was she, that the her very first love, her very first kiss, and her very first boyfriend would also end up being her husband and the father of her child? Isamu had to be the luckiest girl on the entire planet to have ended up with such a great man and such a wonderful family. It seemed that almost everyday somebody was being added to her extended family, just helping it to grow. Even though none of them were her actual, biological family, Isamu still loved every one of them like if they were. Isamu was just so happy the way things were, and she couldn't imagine it getting any better.
Isamu giggled again, pulling Xavior back in the direction of the park to start their day of family fun. "Hayaku," she urged her husband gleefully as she began to zip ahead, effectively pulling Xavior with her, "We better hurry before our daughter has all the fun without us!" However, Isamu was very surprised to find Keiko on a swing next to a young Anthro girl. The monkey shifter quickly followed Xavior up to the swing sets, nodding as he said an apology to the young girl for Keiko invading her personal space. "Hai, our daughter tends to get a little excited when she meets new people," Isamu added with a giggle, noting how Xavior and Isamu used to do the same when they were young. Her smile only broadened as Xavior picked Keiko up and gave her little kisses all over, their daughter giggling in delight at his playfulness. Xavior had always been great with children, one of the plethora of reasons why Isamu loved him.
Isamu smiled at the girl as Xavior invited said girl to join them in their park fun, and Isamu couldn't agree more. "Yes, you must join us," Isamu agreed, urging the girl to stay so they could all get to know each other a bit more, "The more, the merrier!" The monkey shifter had always loved Anthros. In fact, there was once a time when Isamu wished she could have been an Anthro, if only just to be able to have a monkey tail and play with it all the time. She had never seen anything wrong with Anthros and had always thought they were quite beautiful, honestly. Though, Isamu had never been one to judge by appearances; she thought that everyone was beautiful.
ooc: Omg, it's a miracle, I finally got this post up! xD Lulz~ But seriously, sorry for making you guys wait so long. D: Can you see the tears behind my smile?
