PERSONALITY TRAITS ¨ Neo is quite the quiet and docile figure. He does not speak much, and when he does it is very short and to the point. However, this does not happen very often, as he tends to avoid other people as much as possible, even before he got thrown into the menagerie. He doesn't resort to violence often, unless it is to protect others or himself, or in those rare moments when he does lose control of his very mild temper.
KNOWN HISTORY ¨ Neo had a relatively normal childhood, up until about the age of 13, when a terrible car accident killed both of his parents. He was left alone, with no relatives left to care for him. Child services attempted to come by and take him to a foster home, but before they could he had run off and begun living on the streets. He lived as a homeless child, though still going to school and such, until he was 18.
Once he was 18, he enlisted in the military, in order to get off the streets. He excelled in the structured environment, quickly advancing in rank during his 4 years of service. It was shortly before his contract was up that the secret of shifters was discovered by normal people. Neo, by this time, had discovered he was a shifter who turned into a black bull. As soon as he separated from the military, he went on the run.
Eventually, after years of running, the Keepers managed to get ahold of him.
When they did, he was identified as a choice specimen for a specific Keeper's experiments to turn a small set of shifters into very powerful, but horribly mutated, Anthropomorphics. Neo ended up surviving these experiments when others did not, and the result turned him into a very minotaur-like Anthro. He was them let loose inside the Menagerie to fend for himself. The reasons behind this, though, he still does not know....

BODY BUILD ¨ Large, heavy, and bulky. Is extremely well muscled, which does tend to slow him some. However, his bulk and thick hide more than make up for the lack of speed.
HAIR ¨ What hair he has on his head is a black color, the same as the rest of his body.
EYES ¨ A fierce golden color, a side-effect of the drugs that turned him into an Anthro
SKIN/FUR COLOR ¨ Black
MUTATIONS ¨ first off his Neo's massive height, which is due to the generally large size of bulls. Secondly are his head and his skin. His head is, literally, that of a bull, even comlete with large, golden colored nose-ring. His skin is thick and tough, just like that of a typical bull's, and has become colored a pitch dark black color. Lastly are his legs, which are those of a bull, complete with hooves and all. They are large and thick, and very sturdy. They were even sturdier than his old human feet.
Lastly is the sheer bulk of muscle that makes up his body. Nearly every pound of his body is muscle, much like a bull's would be. This gives him nearly unrivaled strength and endurance, although it does slow him down considerably.

APPAREL ¨ All Neo wears is a plain pair of black shorts. He wears no other clothing.
ANYTHING EXTRA ¨ On his body are burned-in scars in the shape of the Ankh, Was, and Djed symbols. The Was Symbol is burned onto the biceps of both his arms. The Djed Symbol is burned into the thighs of both of his legs. Finally, on his chest, over his heart, is burned the Ankh Symbol. These symbols stand for Power, Stability, and Life, respectively, and their positions on his body reflect this.
